Resolving a Pre-Start ​

1. From the Pre-Starts page, open the Unresolved Pre-Start.

2. Select the Resolve Pre-Start button at the bottom of the left-hand column.

3. You are required to fill in a pre-start Resolution message.

4. Select Resolve Pre-Start in the right bottom corner of the dialog.

5. Your Pre-Start will then be resolved.
